In the past, skilled artist and performers were invited into the forbidden palace to perform in court, but this also gave way to assassins in disguise. There was also a problem with performances being too liberal for the conservative traditions of the noble family. With the dawn of steam dynasty, almost all court performerrs have been replaced by steam powered dolls.
